Ram Ramasubbu
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Ram Ramasubbu joined Robotic Parking Systems in 2006 and brings over two decades of expertise in mechanical engineering, automation, and operations. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA in Operations Management.
Over his career at Robotic Parking Systems, Ram advanced from Senior Mechanical Engineer to Technical Manager and now COO, overseeing all facets of manufacturing, engineering, and operations. He has been pivotal in delivering landmark projects such as the Guinness World Record–holding 2,314-space Al Jahra Court facility in Kuwait, Dubai’s 1,200-space garage, and the Palace of Justice project with over 250 automation machines.
Ram spearheaded the company’s ISO 9001:2015 certification and has successfully maintained it for seven consecutive years without a single non-conformance. He also serves as Management Representative for quality and introduced CRM systems to enhance sales and marketing. He is co-inventor on several patents in automated parking, a Senior Member of IEEE, and serves on the NFPA Committee for fire protection in automated parking garages. Beyond work, he serves as a judge for major global innovation competitions, including the Stevie Awards and Globee Awards, and actively supports several nonprofit and volunteer organizations.
As Chief Operating Officer, Ramasubbu leads the manufacturing, engineering, installations, and business development divisions at the company’s headquarters in Clearwater, Florida.
