Royce Monteverdi, founder of Robotic Parking Systems, was a true pioneer in the parking industry. In 1994, he founded RPS with a vision to bring robotics and advanced engineering to parking, ultimately helping create an entirely new approach to how vehicles could be stored and managed. He even coined the term “robotic parking” to describe this groundbreaking technology.
Royce’s innovative thinking and determination established the foundation on which RPS has continued to grow for more than three decades. His legacy lives through technology, people, projects, and pioneering spirit that continues to move the company forward.

The company’s portfolio includes landmark automated parking facilities in the United States and internationally. Among them are projects in Kuwait, Dubai, and New Jersey, including the Al Jahra Court project in Kuwait, identified by RPS as the world’s largest automated parking system, with capacity for 2,314 vehicles.
The company’s current New Palace of Justice project in Kuwait is designed for 2,433 parking spaces and a peak processing capacity of up to 720 cars per hour.
These projects demonstrate what becomes possible when engineering, technology, and ambitious thinking come together.
