Mobile App

The Robotic Parking Systems phone app can be used to trigger the storage and retrieval process. Also, the automated parking system can be integrated with various payment options using either credit card or on-line transactions.

Touchless and Effortless

Our automated parking application allows all users to control the entire parking process at their fingertips. This app acts as part of our robotic valet parking system and eliminates the need for physical tickets or cards.

By scanning a code with the mobile app, users can seamlessly park their vehicles without waiting in line. When it’s time to leave, just a few taps on the app allows users to select “retrieve,” and their vehicle will be queued into the terminal.

Furthermore, the mobile app provides users real-time delivery information, keeping them in the loop throughout the parking process. Users receive delivery information and a notice indicating the gate where the car will be returned, making the parking experience transparent and user-friendly.

App users can pay parking fees seamlessly within the app, eliminating the wait at a kiosk.

EV charging, robotic parking system

Robotic Parking Electric Vehicle Charging © Stations

Robotic Parking Systems makes every effort to offer our clients options that integrate with the latest transportation technologies. Our optional Robotic Parking Electric Vehicle Charging © station is available with all of our automatic parking garages. Once user parks the electric car in the terminal, they connect the charging cord between the vehicle and the pallet. Then, the system will automatically transport the vehicle into a charging parking slot and charge it using a ‘Level 2’ system.

Once the system finished charging the vehicle, the Robotic Parking System automatically moves the car from the charging station into non-charging parking slot to make room for other vehicles to be charged. This promotes efficiency and need for fewer charging stations while charging more cars.

The costs for the optional charging stations can be provided as separate line item. Developers can then choose as few or as many charging stations depending on the project needs.

Pallet Cleaning System

A Pallet Cleaning System is automatically integrated into the system if a project is located in a region that regularly receives snow and ice.

This vacuum system cleans the pallets as needed after a car exits from the entry / exit terminal. This action is particularly critical during the winter season to remove snow and ice. The inside of the Robotic Parking Systems’ garage must remain above freezing temperature to ensure fluids can be removed from the pallet and tires do not become frozen to the pallet.

Integrated, Automated Car Wash

Robotic Parking Systems offers a brushless car wash which can be integrated into the fully automated parking system. One car wash system for automated parking that we have installed is the MARK VII brushless portal with auto drying system.

The car wash is integrated into the automated parking system and performs the wash procedure through software embedded commands. To achieve full LEED certification, Robotic Parking Systems recommends implementing the car wash together with a full water recycling system that only uses five liters of fresh water per one car wash. The remaining water needed will be used from fully recycled water that is stored in nearby tanks.

Container Storage

Robotic Parking Systems developed storage containers that easily allow unused parking slot to be converted into storage unit for users. Containers are utilized instead of the pallets used for cars. The automated machinery moves and stores both the car and the container in the same manner.

The storage containers are the same dimensions (7 x 19 x 7 ft. 8 in. / 2,100 x 5,740 x 2030 mm) as the vehicle pallets making the system components fully modular and interchangeable.

Containers can be compartmented into various sizes as well as equipped with shelves. This provides extreme flexibility for large and small storage needs.

Additionally, this type of storage is very convenient for users. Goods can be loaded into the container directly from the car — the container will be brought to you in the terminal area. There is no need to load the goods on carts and wind through long aisles or go up and down elevators to arrive at your designated storage bin.

This feature can also be combined with our designated Loading / Unloading Stations.

FIRE BOX™

Electric vehicles are powered by lithium-ion batteries, and they’re known for their high energy density and efficiency. However, they also pose a risk of thermal runaway. This is a phenomenon where the battery’s temperature rapidly increases, potentially leading to a fire. Such fire can be triggered by several factors, including manufacturing defects, physical damage, overcharging, exposure to high temperatures or flooding.

Robotic Parking Systems’ FIRE BOX represents a groundbreaking advancement in addressing the risks associated with EV battery fires in parking structures. Unlike traditional firefighting methods, the FIRE BOX aims to prevent a fire from escalating (spreading to other vehicles) by swiftly relocating the vehicle to a safe, controlled environment.

Loading / Unloading Stations

To provide higher Peak Traffic (the number of cars in and out per hour) in the system, Robotic Parking Systems developed special Loading & Unloading Stations. The loading/unloading station can be installed on the side of the actual drive-in terminals. These specialized terminals are for the user’s convenience for loading or unloading the car, or in case someone forgot something in the vehicle after it has already been transferred inside the system. Those stations also pair up well with the Storage Container option. Vehicles cannot be driven off these terminals, and they are only accessible through a man door.

Security Portal

For applications that require high security, Robotic Parking Systems can install an extremely sensitive drive through portal. The security portal detects narcotics, explosives, radioactive materials, plastic weapons and even bodies hidden inside trunks. Such portal can be installed in the driveway to the Robotic Parking System located just prior to driving into the entry terminals.

The security portal creates photo-like gamma-ray images revealing the threats.
